Thats because they have a set agenda and once its started they have to committed. I don't remember the line, but in the movie Line of Fire they addressed commitment. Amazing he was able to get through to the kid, clearly he has real connection with the students that changed that agenda.

I briefly was a caretaker for a family member of mine my great aunt and then I was working again very briefly but impactful in a nursing home I wasn’t working as a caretaker. I was working as a house cleaner, but you may connections with people and having elderly relatives and taking care of them and through, experiencing other people and just their lives and stuff like that it is actually very heartbreaking to me. How inaccessible it can be to make your home accessible. I don’t think any of us think about necessarily more accessible homes benefits all of us as a whole because as we get older in our need for accessibility increases, it is no longer an issue if your house is previously built to be accessible.

That’s wonderful. It’s great when is that great person out there that does such a wonderful job.

As a big fan of the show I recall this episode. The girl was out jogging near her home (or near his- I forget) and was hit by a distracted driver, and this young man was there to rescue her. I believe he passed on a friends invite (maybe to the gym that morning? I forget) and happened to be near when this happened.
